Investor Readiness Assessment

27 multiple-choice questions on the PERSISTENT framework: problem, earnings model, risks, size of market, innovation, scalability, team, entry barriers, niche and traction. Each answer carries points, and together they make a score out of 100.

Use it when: you're about to build a pitch deck or contact angels, and again a few months later to see what has moved.

Our founder's vision

“Founders kept asking me the same two questions, so we turned the answers into tools.”

Where will our first customers come from, and are we ready to raise? I have had that conversation with a lot of founders, and the useful answer always depended on a few facts about their startup. These tools ask for those facts and give you a plan in a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Are the tools really free?

Yes. Both tools are free to use, and there is nothing to buy at the end.

Do I need an account?

No. You can run both tools without signing up. If you want the PDF, we ask for your name, email, phone number and a few details about your startup before it downloads.

How is the investor readiness score worked out?

Each of the 27 answers carries points. The ten PERSISTENT sections add up to 100, and any red-flag answer, such as saying your customer is “everyone”, takes 20 points off. The total puts you in one of five bands, from Not Ready to Highly Investable.

How does the GTM Strategy Generator write my plan?

It sends your six answers to an AI model, with instructions written by our team, and lays out what comes back as a plan. The more specific your answers are, the more specific the plan will be.

Where do my answers go?

The investor assessment is scored in your browser, so those answers stay on your device. The GTM generator sends your answers to our server so it can write the plan.
