You have users.Not 100.Not yet.
The program that gets you there — and builds the system that keeps going.
Five sessions. Five weeks. 15 vetted founders per cohort. One outcome: your first 100 users and a repeatable acquisition system you can hand to a future hire. You do not buy a seat. You apply for one.

These thoughts keepfounders up at night.
If any of these sound familiar, you are not doing it wrong. You are just missing a system.
We care more about the right fit than filling 15 seats.
Read both columns honestly. If the left sounds like you — apply. If the right does — we will tell you what to do instead.
Not a course. Not a community. An operating system for your GTM.
Three things make this different from every other startup program you have seen.
Most programs give you frameworks and send you home. In this program you build your GTM strategy during sessions, execute between them, and bring results back. By session 5 you have a live tested acquisition system — not a plan to make one.
→ Work done inside, not promised outsideEvery framework gets applied to your specific product, your specific market, your specific stage. You are not mapping yourself onto a generic example. You leave with a GTM workbook entirely about your startup — specific enough to hand to a future hire.
→ Built for you, not at youWe limit every cohort to 15 founders. Your advisor knows your startup by name by session 2. The cohort knows your challenge and can call you out between sessions. Real accountability does not scale to 200 people — so we do not try.
→ Small enough to matterFive sessions. Each one builds on the last.By session 5 you have a system, not a plan.
Every session has one name, one promise, and one deliverable you leave with. Between sessions, you execute. What you learn is immediately applied in the real world.
Most founders are fixing the wrong thing. Before building a GTM strategy, you need to know what is actually broken — product, positioning, or channel. This session runs a live diagnosis on every founder in the room.
Most founders describe what their product does. Customers care about what changes for them. This session rewrites how you talk about your product — for your specific customer, in language they use, addressing gaps your competition leaves open.
The biggest mistake founders make is spreading across five channels and getting traction on none. This session evaluates your options against your customer, stage, and capacity — picks one — and builds a 30-day action plan inside the session.
Most founders sell access to a product. Customers buy outcomes. This session builds your offer — a specific result your customer gets, by a specific time, with something that removes the risk of saying yes. Real before-and-after examples from Indian startups are reviewed before you write yours.
The final session pulls everything into your acquisition playbook — channel, message, offer, and 90-day roadmap, all in one document. The most tangible deliverable of the program. You leave knowing what to do, in what order, and how to measure whether it is working.
The sessions are the engine.Everything else is the fuel between them.
The program does not end when the Zoom call ends. Here is what you have access to across 5 weeks and beyond.
A living document built in every session. Starts empty. By session 5 it contains your full acquisition strategy, channel playbook, offer, and 90-day roadmap. Specific enough to hand to a future hire and have them execute it.
Your personal panel inside Bizowl. Session recordings timestamped so you can jump to the relevant part. Your GTM workbook in one place. Your cohort workspace. Everything lives here.
Short, specific, practical. One per problem a founder hits executing between sessions. "How to write a cold message that gets a reply." "How to pick your channel without second-guessing." There when you need them.
ICP Profile Template. Offer Writing Canvas. Cold Outreach Scripts. Channel Comparison Matrix. Competition Gap Analysis. Weekly Execution Log. Acquisition Playbook Template. Built for how Indian startup GTM actually works.
Your 15-founder cohort workspace has structured weekly check-in prompts and peer accountability built in. Plus access to the broader Bizowl community of 500+ founders — with a Lab Graduate badge that signals you have been through the program.
Submit an update — what has happened since session 5, what is working, what is stuck. The Bizowl team reviews and sends written feedback. Surfaces the founders ready for Layer 3.
If you show up to every session, do the work between them, and do not see a meaningful improvement in your user acquisition trajectory by session 5 — we extend your support at no additional cost until you do. We are not in the business of delivering sessions. We are in the business of getting you results.
Four steps. One clear decision. You always know where your application stands.
We review every application personally. A member of the Bizowl team reads every word you write.
7 questions. About 10 minutes. No fee to apply. Specific answers get through faster than polished ones.
We assess founder-market fit, market size, idea strength, and whether the program is the right intervention for your stage right now.
20 minutes. Not an interview — us making sure the cohort can genuinely move the needle for your startup before you commit anything.
Accepted: full details and next steps. Not accepted: we tell you why and what will actually help more at your current stage.
Practitioners.Not professors.
The people running this program have worked with Indian founders in the trenches. They have seen what generic GTM advice looks like when it meets an Indian market. The frameworks here were not imported from a US playbook. They were built from watching 500+ Indian startups try, fail, and occasionally crack it.

Prashant Sirohi is the founder and CEO of Bizowl — India's first dedicated platform for early-stage founders. He has worked directly with 500+ Indian founders across 12+ industries on product strategy, go-to-market, and early user acquisition. He has watched founders spend 18 months building traction strategies that any informed outsider could have told them would not work. The First 100 Users Lab is the program he wished existed for every one of those founders — structured, specific, Indian-context-aware, and focused on execution over education.
Outcomes that founders achieved. In their own words.
Not sessions they attended — results they earned.

Hello, my name is Dr. Shreyansh and I'm a PhD from IIT Kanpur. My startup's name is Wades Ventures Private Limited and we are working on health tech solutions and our product's name is Hydroid. We were associated with Bizowl and Mr. Prashant when we were part of the SPARC program at AIC GGSIPU. That time we were a very initial startup and we just got incubated. We were working on a prototype and we were facing problems to plan our strategy for entering the market. Our product also deals with creating awareness among people and this is where we were struggling and Mr. Prashant was very helpful to guide us on various strategies that we could use to showcase our product and to how we could enter the market. This is where he helped us and guided us and I really hope that he continues to do so in the future as well. Thank you.
